Six Afghan civilians killed in suicide bombing

Kandahar, Afghanistan - A suicide bomber targeted one of NATO's largest military airfields in southern Afghanistan on Thursday, killing six civilians and injuring a child, officials said.
The bombing took place near a NATO-led International Security Assistance Force airbase in Kandahar province.
'Six civilians were killed and one child wounded in the explosion carried out by a suicide car bomber,' the provincial governor's office said.
