Queen and Prince Charles to visit blast victims

London - Britain's Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles on Friday plan to visit people involved in the London bomb tragedy in which at least 38 people were killed and more than 700 injured.
Buckingham Palace in London was sealed off after Thursday's attacks with armed police and army personnel on guard.
Flags were flying at half-mast in tribute to the victims over the Palace and government buildings Friday.
