There was no Princess Diana murder plot, inquest judge says

Mar 31, 2008, 13:26 GMT

London - The judge in the inquest into the death of Princess Diana almost eleven years ago said Monday that she was not murdered in any British secret service plot.

Lord Justice Scott Baker, giving his summing up to the inquest jury, said there was no evidence that Britain's MI6 security agency or Prince Philip, the husband of Queen Elizabeth, were involved any plot to kill Diana, as was alleged by Egyptian businessman and Harrods owner Mohammed al-Fayed.

Al-Fayed's son Dodi and Diana, former wife of Prince Charles, the heir to the British throne, were killed in a car crash in Paris in August 1997.

Al-Fayed claimed that Diana and Dodi were murdered in a secret service plot backed by senior royals because the princess was pregnant with Dodi's child.

Commenting on al-Fayed's allegations, the judge said 'there is not a shred of evidence to support them.'

Baker instructed the jurors that they could find the couple died by accident or because of gross negligence by the pursuing paparazzi or their driver Henri Paul. The jury was also given the option of an open verdict.

The inquest lasted more than six months and heard from over 250 witnesses.

So in England, the judge tells the jury which questions of fact they may consider in an inquest. The whole point of getting a jury was that THEY, not a judge, would decide whether or not there was a 'shred of evidence' as to cause of death. Well, not much store is set by the judgment of the people there it seems.

Now, I do have to agree this was just another establishment joke, albeit an occasionally informative one.

I sincerely believe it was the queen herself that ordered the hit on Dianna; because she left Charles first for a Pakistani heart surgeon, and then for an Egyptian heir to a business empire.

Of course there is no evidence as the judge and the British and French police and the secret services buried the evidence such as the 6,000 page official French dossier, Prince Philip's nasty, threatening letters to Princess Diana, and much more.

Paul Burrell was used to divert attention from the insidious actions and lies of the judge and the security services agents who testified.

THE TRUTH re Princess Diana's assassination will NOT go away. This farcical inquest will NOT put the matter to rest. Actually, just the opposite is true. It will cause people to investigate more profoundly than ever.

The judge's illegal charging of the inquest jury will NOT put an end to this. It's just the beginning. THE TRUTH will out - always!

So you don't like the United Kingdom. I seriously doubt if anyone here will lose any sleep over your opinions.

You do NOT know what you are talking about.

Most likely, you're an arrogant American. Go away as you have nothing positive to contribute. You are embarrassing yourself as a result of your ignorance.
