Newspaper: More secret papers found on British commuter train

London - Secret intelligence documents related to Britain's war on terror were left on a commuter train in Great Britain for a second time in a short period, the Independent on Sunday newspaper reported on Sunday.
The secret papers were found on Wednesday in a train on it's way to London's Waterloo station and were passed on to the newspaper and then returned to the British treasury.
In the documents are details about Britain's fight against terrorism, according to the London newspaper. Methods were revealed about terrorist financing including the fraudulent use of internet payment systems. The newspaper did not print the details out of consideration of security issues.
The treasury regretted the incident and announced steps, so that such indiscretions are not repeated, the newspaper said. Only a few days ago a British government official was suspended after a previous slip-up with top secret documents among other things over the al- Qaeda terrorist network. Those secretly marked papers were sent to the BBC. The British government has made headlines several times in the past months because of security breaches with secret documents.
