Michelle Obama and daughters on lightning trip to London

London - US First Lady Michelle Obama and her two daughters spent Monday on a sightseeing trip in London following their visit to France with the US President.
Michelle Obama with daughters Sasha and Malia visited the government district of Westminster, where they were believed to have had a tour of Big Ben, the landmark London clocktower, the Press Association reported.
The trio had been spotted on a shopping and sightseeing tour in Paris Sunday, as President Obama flew back to Washington at the end of his Middle East and European tour.
Michelle Obama and the couple's children came to London during the president's first official overseas tour in April, which included a reception by Queen Elizabeth II and Obama's participation in the Group of 20 (G20) summit.
A spokesman for British Prime Minister Gordon Brown said neither he nor his wife, Sarah, had met or talked to Michelle Obama Monday.

...the liberals in congress were braying about.....at least they were not taxpayer money. Funny, I do not hear Tonny prattling on about corporate greed...or government abuse, either...

The media has even endorsed this trip just as they have with anything that has to do with Obama and his family. We have local hard working illegals being deported, yet Auntie Obama has been in this country illegally for how many years? She will end up living in Lincolns bedroom most likely. I will keep my religion and hang on to my guns and racist attitude while you keep the change. Nothing changes; the same mistakes and much worse just pass from one to another no matter the party. The U.S. is in a moral and ethic downward spiral.
President Obama should put Mrs Obama on a fat free diet. I do not believe Mrs Obama rates the fashion queen that the news is saying she is from what i see in the London Press.

and now a shopping trip. All paid for by the taxpayers. Did they bring the dog, or is it at home under the care of a Federal employee, also paid for by the taxpayers?
