Animal rights group protests British brewer's plans

London - Animal rights groups have condemned plans by a Scottish brewery to sell super-strong beer inside the bodies of dead animals.
Twelve bottles of the new beverage have been made and placed inside seven dead stoats, four squirrels and a hare.
They were displayed on Thursday by Aberdeen brewer BrewDog, which claims the ale, at 55 per cent volume, is the world's strongest, packing more punch than whisky or vodka
The brewer recommends that it should be drunk in small quantities from shot or whisky glasses.
The blond Belgian ale, called The End Of History, is infused with nettles and juniper berries.
It is to go on sale at 500 pounds (764 dollars) a bottle.
'The impact of The End Of History is a perfect conceptual marriage between taxidermy, art and craft brewing,' said BrewDog co-founder James Watt.
Animal campaigners hit out at the offering, calling it 'cheap marketing tactics.'
Ross Minett, campaigns director for the charity Advocates for Animals, said: 'Using shock tactics to get attention is terribly out of date, especially when this involves exploiting or degrading animals.
