Jul 26, 2010, 21:44 GMT
Sana'a, Yemen - Unknown gunmen opened fire at the British embassy in the Yemeni capital Sana'a late Monday, but no casualties were reported, police said.
The shooters fired at the embassy with AK-47 rifles from a street in front of the embassy's main gate, police officers at the scene told the German Press Agency dpa.
Police closed off a main street leading to the embassy and forensic experts were seen scanning the area outside both the embassy and a five-star hotel across the street.
