Jury hears case of legislator's wife who stole lover's kitten
Sep 27, 2011, 18:41 GMT
London - A Birmingham jury on Tuesday heard details of how the wife of a British parliamentarian allegedly lashed out at his mistress by stealing her kitten.
The whole incident was recorded by closed-circuit television, which shows Christine Hemming, wife of legislator John Hemming, entering the home of Emily Cox and emerging about three minutes later with the kitten under her arm.
In February, Christine Hemming pleaded not guilty to the charge, which dated back to September 2010.
