Murray injury could end his season early
Nov 21, 2011, 18:15 GMT
London - Andy Murray said Monday that he might not be able to continue at the ATP World Tour Finals due to a groin injury which he sustained in a 6-4, 7-6 group loss to David Ferrer.
'If this were not a Grand Slam of this event, I would not have played,' said the Scot after failing to overcome the problem he said he picked up during a move during practice last week.
The number three said that he will decide only on Tuesday whether he can play his Wednesday match in the eight-man season wrap up, where he reached the semi-finals in 2010.
