Hispanic gangs target Blacks in Los Angeles

Newsweek is reporting that Federal prosecutors say a powerful Latino gang systematically targeted rival black gang members and innocent black civilians in a reign of terror.
Reporter Andrew Murr writes that a south Los Angeles Latino street gang targeted African-American gang rivals and other blacks in a campaign of neighborhood "cleansing," federal prosecutors say.
"Alleged leaders and foot soldiers in the Hispanic gang Florencia 13, also called F13, are being arraigned this week on charges stemming from a pair of federal indictments that allege that the gang kept a tight grip on its turf by shooting members of a rival gang—and sometimes random black civilians," writes Murr.
The "most disturbing aspect" of the federal charges was that "innocent citizens … ended up being shot simply because of the color of their skin," U.S. Attorney Thomas O'Brien told reporters in announcing the indictments, according to the Newsweek report.
Murr cites that drug turf wars are at the heart of the enmity beteen the gangs of Latinos and the Blacks.
"L.A. Sheriff's Department statistics chart the war's violent toll: 80 gang-related shootings in the past three years, including 20 murders," writes Murr.
The indictments provide a telling snapshot of the changing nature of gangs in south L.A. According to federal prosecutors, F13 has grown into a tightly controlled gang of 2,000 members in 30 cliques led by convicts and parolees who are members of the prison-based Mexican mafia, reports Murr.
Murr cites that the eighties saw the reign of the black drug gangs, including the Crips and the Bloods, mining the crack epidemic with ruthless efficiency.
Murr writes: "Compared with looser Latino gangs that were seen as turf-conscious fighters, the black gangs were organized and disciplined. 'The stereotype was that [the black gangs] were all about the [drug] business,' says gang researcher Cheryl Maxson, an associate professor of criminology at University of California, Irvine. With the black gangs, 'there was a millionaire in every neighborhood' perched at the top of the crack distribution pyramid, adds gang expert, who edits streetgangs.com."
A flip in power and structure and organization has occorred, according to Olivia Rosales, she a hard-core gangs prosecutor for the L.A. district attorney's office who prosecuted F13 and Crips homicide cases for two years.
Murr reports Rosales heads one of the DA's satellite offices.
"The East Coast Crips weren't as organized."

and Negros so bloodthirsty? It seems they cannot get their minds off of killing and maiming each other and that is a very unhealthy attitude. Of course if they tried to settle their differences with a spelling bee, it would take forever and nobody would win.
In US society, Whites are on top. They view all others as trash. In second place are the Blacks. They trash those that they consider below them.The bottom of US society are the Hispanics. They view all others as targets. When you're on the bottom, the only place to go is up. This is absolutely normal behavior. Before anyone calls me to be racist, look at the animal world. You get the same hierarchical setup in any animal group. Don't forget that humans are just another animal.

Funny? I consider it to be tragic. In a bible based country where all men are created equal, you find nothing but hatred, racism and enslavement. Economic enslavement. If you aren't an elitist white (there is poor white trash), then you are not going to be able to enjoy the fruits of being a full citizen. What you are seeing is a country rotting from within. And it will get worse.

Here is the problem stems from it all, white europeans came to america and slept with the indigenous women. Then on the boat made a pit stop by africa and brought some of the blacks to do their dirty work. All these mixes malgamated with each other and you have yourself a melting pot full of immigrants taking over what whites once had freely to themselves. Everyone may say well hispanics and blacks are a disease but were not, we just evolved from the gene pool, and makes white america pissed. I would be pissed too, but sad as it may be, whites are going to be driven back to europe where they can talk about how they used to have it good back in the day.
Last Warning. Hispanic gangs of America will not be celebrating on receptive end regarding the Spark of Love Lapd donational, this Christmas. Any latino gang member receiving a spark of love donational will suffer repricautions accordingly. I have found this org. has left out many amongst a lengthy year period. This org. has brought about jealousy and animosity among peace dwelling people. If you cannot afford to do for self, go without.
high level white gangs is what started all this ie mobsters, wiseguys to the italian mob and continue. These low level gangs are a direct danger to society. Mobsters where a treat to other gangs and business.

Either group all the gang members together somewhere in the desert and let them have a royal shoot-out or send them all to Iraq! On second thought, when they are caught, send them to an isolated island somewhere, and let them fend for themselves.
wake up everyday and the most important thing in their world is to kill somebody black. It's an education thing; they wouldn't understand.
Years ago in Albuquerque, I saw a young teen Mexican (gang member) being interviewed on television. He stated that his long term goal was to be a ''lifer'' in the state penitentiary just like his father. It seems to be family tradition in some areas.
well i try to see everyone's point of view, i am a chicana and im proud to be, that doesnt exactly mean im gonna kill everyone who isnt, all im trying to say is that people dont just kill for no reason...in my point of view the african americans were the ones to start trying to step all over everyone (even the whites) when you do bad things, bad things will come back to you...thats what they are experiencing....it's called bad-karma..
well that is how life is for certine people: black, hispanic,or white. gangs and gangsters will never be whiped out. but, no one deserves to be treated different or be concidered anything different.
Well almost all bkack people are tryin to be the only race that is powerful, the mess with lots of people from different races.. They call hispnics wetbacks, beaners, dirty mexicans and tons more and why??? Becouse we come here for a better life because we work that why all this cursing.. When blacks are tryin to get smart with latinos that's how this starts beacouse hispanics don't let nobody step on them (even if they look that stupid) we just have to get along. Anybody different then the 'norm' or the 'mainstream' will always be painted into stereotypes, if you had a bad experience with a type you will judge every other person-of that type-the same way (like if a ginger headed guy messes with you, you won't trust ginger headed people from then on). Its the curse of every brown black yellow and red brother and sister to suffer from the actions of the few.
Relying on the media to sway your judgment just reinforces most lazy beliefs, this article will feed the powerless to choose sides and vent their frustrations, or just give the next Mexican or African American the stink eye.
America has moved so far to the right, (your liberals make our right wingers look like hippies.) The Republicans -or the 'abnormals'- have added so much poverty, hate and intolerance in the last 6-7 years that the country has regressed. Racial tolerance has fallen down the wayside, to make way for the Arab-terrorist fear mongering by your inward looking media.
