Florida kids 'huffing' human waste gas?

Kids in Collier County Florida are doing strange things for a cheap high.
WINK News Now obtained a confidential memo sent around the Collier County Sheriff's Office. Monsters and Critics called Collier County Sheriff's and verified the report.
The new "high" is called Jenkem - the ingredients are human waste, both solid and liquid. left to rot in the sun ina jar covered by a balloon to capture the gas that emanates from it.
The resulting gas can be huffed.
Collier County sheriff's department deputy Laura Annis verified the existence of the "Jenkem" memo that made Snopes.com and WINK news.
WINK reports that the memo suggests students are already talking about the drug at Palmetto Ridge High School. A parent apparently emailed a deputy, saying her son had heard about the mixture.

I had to recheck my calendar to make sure it wasn't an April Fools' Joke. Could this be something out of a Cheech and Chong movie?

That is stupid. This sounds like sensationalist parent paranoia. Who in the world is going to huff poo?
Those Floridian tykes has best lay-off the chili dogs. Some innocent flatulence could very well lead to a stint in rehab. I can foresee a RUN on Gas-X. They'll have to lock-it-up at the drug store, right next to the cough syrup and decongestants.
Jenkem is by far nothing new, new to the states, maybe. But it has a decade under it's belt just google it. You May be disgusted ... or surprised.
