'He did what he did to keep the country safe,' about ''Bush's war in Iraq'' keeping America safe. We were never threatened by Iraq. It was Afghanistan who was harboring Bin Laden and would not give him up. Be careful of McCain and his mind-set.
Even if you are correct, and you are not, McCain is one of the senators who got Bush to do the dirty work but is willing to take responsibility for it, not hide behind the excuse of 'gee, dumb ol George fooled us!' This tells folks like me he knew something. That something had to be that saddam was going to attack a neighbor, something he had a pretty defined record of doing. In my opinion, it was Israel.
Hillary on the other hand, has somewhat of a problem: She either has to admit that this so-called dumb president fooled her (whats that make her?), or she back this war because she really thought it necessary. The only other defense:
'hey, GW will deal with Saddam and either be out by 2004 or we can blame him for starting a war!' How'd that work out, eh Hillary?
Now, Huckabee is in a nice spot: He can go to EITHER candidate and say: 'hey! Iwasn't the one that greenlighted this mess!' Another favorite: 'I agreed with Hillary and backed this war!'
As for Bin Laden not being in Iraq, we seem to have a war going that everyone forgot in Afghanistan, and he doesn't seem to be there either and no one seems to complain about that!'
Bush won't admit he is/was wrong about anything. The people who agreed with him to begin with on this insane war were given lies. Now when these same people are declaring the so-called war was wrong at least they admit their mistakes. What good does it do to keep hammering away at their original approval. They aren't standing by this now after they saw through the lies and mistakes - something that should stand in good stead. Holding onto something that was grossly wrong and refusing to admit it is Bush's badge of honor!!!
Your silly little post has been noted.
What we have going on in Afghanistan is an ineffectual and poorly run OCCUPATION. It rather too much like the ineffectual and poorly run OCCUPATION we had going in Iraq.
We need to get serious about what is going on in Afghanistan and the ungoverned parts of Pakistan, but the Bush Administration, thanks to allowing VP Cheney and Sec. Def. Rumsfeld to takeover diplomacy from the Department of State, hasn't a prayer of doing anything that will help. The President can do nothing more than try to hold the line until the next administration can relieve him.
Huckabee, I say this even though I don't like him, is right about a lot of this. And, once again, whether we should have invaded Iraq in the first place is a moot question. We are there now and we are obliged to deal with the consequences.
Now, let me ask my fellow Goopers a question. Do you really want Mike Huckabee for President of the United States? I think that would be a very dangerous thing to do.
'What we have going on in Afghanistan is an ineffectual and poorly run OCCUPATION. It rather too much like the ineffectual and poorly run OCCUPATION we had going in Iraq.'
Afghanistan is still a problem because of Pakistan. In order to solve Palastan the USA is going to need to devote much more diplomatic muscle to the problem. Instead we are trying to pretend that we can negotiate with the evil chimpanzees that someone stuffed in to suits who are speaking for the Palestinians'.
why would huckabee care about what bush thinks?
bush is only a fart in the wind
Why should Huckabee care about what George Bush thinks? You bring up the very thing that worries me. Both men operate on the basis of FAITH, not thinking ability. The Bushbaby and Micky Huckabee have a lot in common here.
Either he agrees with what Bush did, or he does not. This kind of retraction will lose him independent votes, and NOT get him right-wing votes:
www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=aNRtXAuK8CWs&refer=home
'Huckabee, who criticized ``the Bush administration's arrogant bunker mentality'' in an article for the journal Foreign Affairs, said on ABC's ``This Week'' that he was talking about the president's advisers, not Bush. ``I did not say the president was arrogant. Some of his people were,'' Huckabee said. ``I've been more supportive of George Bush than some of the people who have criticized me.'''
----
Huckabee is running for preacher rather than President, and this won't work in New Hampshire, or any urban states like New York or California. The problem here is that the GOP voters really have no one else to stand behind, aside from McCain, who won't get us out of Iraq. They don't want someone wrapping their arms around Bush - they want CHANGE. The GOP brings stagnation and more deficits.
The economics say that in order to build up our military forces, and retrain and re-equip them for today's wars, including expensive electronics and armored vehicles, it's going to cost a LOT - right now those funds are going to Iraq to support an Iraqi government incapable of taking the handoff, when we draw down. If we have to pay for Iraq AND a military buildup, without raising revenues, we're facing major economic problems at home. Add to that Russia re-arming, and the current problems with North Korea becoming stubborn again, and it's no wonder the U.S. dollar is dropping.
A strong statement from Huckabee condemning Bush's POLICIES AND STRATEGY would have gotten him some independent support, as he's not nearly as militaristic as McCain - and Iraq is not going nearly as well as advertised. When the surge ends, the good times end with it. Add the current economic recession talk to that, and the GOP is in real trouble.
news.monstersandcritics.com/middleeast/news/article_1384939.php/Iraqis_ move_to_Kurdish_north_to_escape_Baghdad_violence
Arbil, Iraq - Iraqis living in and around Baghdad have increasingly been fleeing the violence to seek sanctuary in the Kurdish autonomous region in the relatively quieter north, Arbil's governor told the press on Sunday.
'The improvement of security in Baghdad has not prompted displaced people living in the Kurdish region to return to their hometowns in central Iraq,' Governor Nozad Hady said. 'On the contrary, the numbers of settlers has increased lately from 12,000 families to 16,000,' he said.
(So much for the lie about Sunnis returning to their home territory. The issue of millions of displaced Iraqis will have to be dealt with, and the Shia have taken over much of their former lands).
At this point everyone is running AWAY from the President, and Romney of course will take any position that gets him votes. At least McCain has been consistent in his support. Giuliani is 'all about 9/11', and I doubt stands a chance at the convention - his record in business, and ties to Kerik, and his marriages will haunt him.
www.forbes.com/forbes/2006/1113/138.html
Friendship also dragged Giuliani into Command Security, another o-t-c bulletin board stock, which rents out security guards and lost $100,000 on $85 million of revenue in the year ended Mar. 31. Bruce Galloway, Command's chairman and chief backer, also runs the $45 million (assets) Galloway Capital Management in New York. To snag Giuliani, Galloway turned to a business associate, Richard Chwatt, co-owner of Jericho State Capital in Boca Raton, Fla. 'Richard Chwatt's wife is very, very dear friends with [Rudy Giuliani's wife] Judith Nathan, and that's how we got the relationship,' says Galloway. Not so, says, Giuliani's Hess: 'The business, I do know, did not come about through the social relationship of the two women.'
For a year's work--revising the employee manual, introducing new clients, having Giuliani host a breakfast at Manhattan's Yale Club--Giuliani Security & Safety will earn $2.1 million. Chwatt was rewarded for making the introduction: Jericho State Capital got $90,000 and a warrant for 350,000 shares exercisable at $2 (shares now trade for $2.60), and will receive $7,500 a month and a warrant for 150,000 additional shares if the contract is renewed, which is 'likely,' says Galloway.

Giuliani Firms Had Potential Conflict of Interest
Roles in Delta Bankruptcy Case May Put Pressure on Campaign
To Open Up About Businesses
By CHRISTOPHER COOPER
May 7, 2007
A pair of companies owned by Rudy Giuliani represented both a debtor and a creditor in a recently concluded bankruptcy proceeding, a potential conflict of interest that wasn't disclosed to the federal judge overseeing the case, records show. The matter could heighten pressures on Mr. Giuliani's presidential campaign to be more forthcoming about the candidate's stable of businesses, their clients and the services they provide.
Shortly after his term as mayor ended, Mr. Giuliani used the reputation he burnished after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks to hang out a consulting shingle to provide security-crisis consulting to a variety of companies, calling it Giuliani Capital Advisors. In 2004, Mr. Giuliani added investment banking to the services it provided. According to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Giuliani Security contracted with Giuliani Capital, performing background checks on its potential clients and employees.
But relatively little is known about the complex relationships between Mr. Giuliani's various businesses, their clients and the fees they charge. Because the company has no public shareholders, it doesn't have to make much information public. Though political rivals have pressed Mr. Giuliani to provide a complete list of his clients, which include pharmaceutical companies, distressed businesses and energy companies, the Republican front-runner's campaign has so far declined to do so.
Mr. Giuliani's firm wasn't the only one that made money on the Command contract. The deal was assisted by Richard Chwatt, a contributor to Mr. Giuliani's presidential campaign. According to Command's SEC filings, Mr. Chwatt's firm, Jericho State Capital Consulting LLC, provided the 'introduction' that led to the signing of Command's contract with the Giuliani company. In February 2006, Command agreed to give Jericho $90,000 cash and 350,000 stock options, which are currently valued at about $380,000.
Mr. Galloway, who also operates a New York hedge fund called Galloway Capital Management LLC, said the services Mr. Giuliani provided included personnel training and associated work. The contract calls for Mr. Giuliani's personal advice and assistance, 'consistent with his schedule and other commitments.' It also warns Command Security not to use the trademark 'Rudolph Giuliani,' or 'Giuliani Partners LLC' in promotional material and warns that the terms of the agreement must be kept confidential and that 'any statement' regarding the contract must meet approval of both parties.
Another phony/dreamer pushing a 'flat tax' as the cure. What's not said is that many people would be paying MORE tax, since the rates would have to be so much higher than advertised. This issue will assure that Huckabee won't be the nominee, just as Forbes wasn't.
www.reuters.com/article/bondsNews/idUSN0636604820080106?pageNumber=2&vi rtualBrandChannel=0
Analysts see some sleight of hand here.
'To truly equal today's federal revenue take, to be revenue neutral, the flat tax has to be quite high -- usually higher than is advertised up front,' said Richard DeKaser, chief economist at National City Corp in Cleveland.
'And the complication that comes with that is it encourages underground economic activity. People will increasingly try to circumvent the tax system by doing transactions under the table,' he said.
Analysts also see it as regressive -- as it is the same rate across the board regardless of income -- even if Huckabee's plan does make provisions to exempt the poor.
On Sunday, Huckabee was asked about Bush administration criticism that his plan would reduce taxes for those making less than $30,000 a year or more than $200,000 but raise them for everyone else. 'Of course they don't like the fair tax,' he said on Fox News. 'These are the guys that are going to go out of business. Thirty-five thousand lobbyists in Washington -- do you think they like the idea that a tax would be so simple that they couldn't really go in there and tinker with the congressmen?'
(These are ALSO the guys who fund the GOP).
I think a lot of people make a mistake in underestimating Rudy. I think he can take Florida, California, Michigan, Ohio and a big chunk of Texas. If he fails to take the top of the ticket, he's practically guaranteed the VP slot. I don't think people are all that interested in scandal right now, especially if we are not talking about the top slot.
The real puzzler for me is what will Hillary do if she wins the nomination? Call up Wesley Clark to take the VP post? I would give you long odds that she would, but she has to beat Obama first and that is turning out to be a major problem for her.
would'nt it be funny they held the 2008 election and no one showed up'
Oh, they'll show up, especially after this comes to light:
www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/middle_east/article3137695.ece
I am blythely assuming that this story will eventually break out in the US media. No guarantees there.
Here's a snippet from the above link:
'The Turks and Israelis had planted “moles” in military and academic institutions which handled nuclear technology. Edmonds says there were several transactions of nuclear material every month, with the Pakistanis being among the eventual buyers. “The network appeared to be obtaining information from every nuclear agency in the United States,” she said.
They were helped, she says, by the high-ranking State Department official who provided some of their moles – mainly PhD students – with security clearance to work in sensitive nuclear research facilities. These included the Los Alamos nuclear laboratory in New Mexico, which is responsible for the security of the US nuclear deterrent. '
Isn't it special when people talk about Giuliani's conflicts of interest?
Did anyone stop to look at the Clintons Mount Everest of conflicts of interest for two terms:
Chinese and russian campaign funds while greenlighting massive trade deals beneficial to the chinese and russians?
Using their executive powers to obtain FBI files on their political enemies?
Or, let's check Obama's cozy relationship with Big Coal producers! Sounds like global warming UP to me!
Compared to this, the republican front runners look like angels!
'...praised him for defining the fight against radical Islamism as the most important issue of the 21st Century.'
Now that we have heard from the warmongers, how about talking about the other side of the coin? How about peaceful co-existance as the most important issue of the rest of the millenium?
SPfool talks about checking out relationships. Why doesn't someone check out the rectal/cranial interface of SPpfool?
once said he was misunderestimated.
in Texas
''Sure wish Hillary had married OJ''
on about people's conections. Why doesn't he get on Bush's case about his connections to Saudi (arab) oil money? He also keeps moaning and groaning about a rumored connection between Obama and the coal people. This was a lie coming from the Murdoch 'news' empire. Murdoch is a neo-nazi from Australia. Anybody who believes anything coming from a kangaroo diddler is a fool. What would be wrong with having ties to the coal industry anyway? It is a commodity that is used in making steel and electricity. It can also be used to make automobile fuel. The Germans did that back in WW2. It is a needed resource. It is less dangerous than nuclear power, which can only create electricity and glowing holes
RE:'Now that we have heard from the warmongers, how about talking about the other side of the coin? How about peaceful co-existance as the most important issue of the rest of the millenium?'
You haven't been listening to what Al Zawahiri or Hamas or the Muslim Brotherhood, have you? Peaceful co-existence is not an option if the other side is bent on your destruction. Ron Paul has got this one so wrong that it is isn't funny. Would that he were using his head on this issue, I would support him. I would support him even though I dislike some of his other ideas.
The big huckster has just about gone through his 15 minutes. The Republicant's slime machine will take care of him if he keeps showing up in the top 3. Guiliani or McCain are the only ones acceptable to the machine (if you think that slime-ball Rove has gone anywhere, think again).
Romney needs to save his money, he is out! The fact that he is a Morman is not a problem, the fact that he has flip-flopped more than a catfish is his undoing. The bible thumpers will figure out how to accept the two top dogs, but in the end to no avail. The same old same old, is not going to be elected this year.
Everything in the Republicant's playbook is identical to our resident 'lame duck' SP4. Same old crap everyday without evidence of any truth. The Republicant's have absolutely nothing left to run on. It really appears that Iraq may be their strong point, but the only thing needed to knock that out of the air is the question 'why didn't we send in enough troops to begin with' and maybe we would have only lost 1000 troops instead of 4000 (and counting).
Stuck in one groove, and scratched when you play him.
That word 'libnazi' somehow makes it frequently into SP4's posts, as well as other general detrimental remarks about an entire party, and millions of Americans. That's an ignorant bigot at work.
www.google.com/search?q=libnazi+sp4&num=20&hl=en&safe=off&filter=0
That's exactly the basis of bigotry that Black Americans endured for years - a gross characterization as a race, rather than seeing them as individuals. Obama is a sign of change; in part because he's not calling himself a 'victim', but is trying to bring everyone TOGETHER.
SP4, demigod that he pictures himself, tries to further break us apart through innuendo, invective, and misinformation.
I've called Bush an imbecile, and at the same time praised McCain for his essential honesty, although I disagree with his Iraq stance. Giuliani is actually dangerous, as he's a phony making big bucks off 9/11 with his own privately held companies, and dealing with some convicted stock swindlers as legal advisor. Romney is their Barbie doll - instead of changing clothes, he changes positions. He gives 'plastic' a bad name.
Huckabee's Iowa win reflects that state's bible-belt positions, but it won't work in New Hampshire - perhaps, in South Carolina. I can guarantee it won't work in New York, Illinois, or California. The GOP realizes that they cannot win the Presidency with him, and will sabotage him, one way or another. That gives McCain a real shot at the GOP nomination; but he's tethered to Bush on the war, so he loses the Independents.
We keep hearing about change. That's the same word the current Congress used to win in 06. That and how bi-partisian they would be. Can anyone spell out all the change & bi-participantship that has occurred?
The transcript is not published, but Huckabee got trapped on his own words, numerous times. Nice guy, but no President. Romney is just a kiss-ass who will do anything for a vote.
Excerpts:
www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=azM9gMPkrFRA&refer=home
Clashing over Iraq, Huckabee and Romney picked up where they left off at last night's debate in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Huckabee, who criticized ``the Bush administration's arrogant bunker mentality'' in an article for the journal Foreign Affairs, said on ABC's ``This Week'' that he was talking about the president's advisers, not President George W. Bush.
``I did not say the president was arrogant,'' Huckabee said. ``I've been more supportive of George Bush than some of the people who criticized me.''
Romney, who followed Huckabee on ABC, said his opponent was ``simply wrong.''
``To say that there have been mistakes, to say that the war has not been conducted perfectly is totally appropriate,'' Romney said. ``But to say this president acted out of arrogance or out of a bunker mentality is simply wrong. He kept us safe.''

Not that all the Sunni fighters want to join the Iraqi army or police. Many regard al-Maliki's government as a puppet of Iran--as loathsome as al-Qaeda or more so. In some Sunni neighborhoods, former insurgents who patrol the streets alongside U.S. troops regard the Iraqi forces as the enemy. When the Americans leave, they expect to be fighting against government forces. Abu Abid, a former insurgent who now helps guard the Amiriya neighborhood, has no illusions about how things will pan out. 'After [we] defeat al-Qaeda, the government will come after me,' he says. 'The government, they hate us. They don't want to reconcile with us.'
Al-Maliki is also openly contemptuous of the Sunni political class, which he views as weakened because it can no longer use the threat of violence as leverage in negotiations. 'The terror arm is not working for them, and their political influence is becoming insignificant,' an adviser to the Prime Minister told TIME. So al-Maliki has been able to run roughshod over the Sunnis in his notionally all-party government. Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi, the government's highest-ranking Sunni, frequently complains that he doesn't get a fair hearing. '[Al-Hashimi] is losing a lot of ground,' the adviser said. Al-Maliki's Shi'ite inner circle tends to see the marginalization of Sunni politicians as a victory, but it only confirms to many Sunnis that the government is unlikely to give them any share in power.
Re:'We keep hearing about change. That's the same word the current Congress used to win in 06. That and how bi-partisian they would be. Can anyone spell out all the change & bi-participantship that has occurred?'
Absolutely nada! Nothing. Zero. Zip. Nothing. The Dear Speaker let her new job go to her head and she decided to play 'shadow president', without having the good sense to stay in the shadows. Now the whole of the Democrat Party is paying the piper for her hubris. Oh, and our Dear Majority Leader Reid sort of blew out his shorts at the same time. The Demmmies have placed themselves in a position where they are UNABLE to compromise without alienating the money that supports them. The real brains in the Pelosi Regime, Tom Lantos, is not running for re-election. This leaves the Dear Speaker in more trouble than anyone can imagine. She isn't exactly the sharpest knife in the Democrat's drawers.
Fortunately, the Goopers have rid themselves of the worst of their dullards, Dennis Hastert is bye-bye as is Trent Lout--er--Lott.
We really do need a group of legislators who will stop posing for the cameras long enough to get something done, but I am NOT holding my breath on that one. There is no way to tell what the next Congress will look like. I think there will be a long night of the knives at the polls this time, but who will be replaced by whom is anyone's guess. I haven't heard from the newsies how many congresscritters are facing primary battles this time out. As disgusted as the American people are with them, you would think that a fair number of them would be in just that sort of pickle.
The Obama-Bunning Coal-to-Liquid Promotion act of 2006? Rumored? He sponsored the bill for shrissakes!
The guy is a wag for the coal industry! Personally, more power(!) to him, but it sure is funny that these, yes, libazis who are pimping global warming have not mentioned it!
'Stuck in one groove, and scratched when you play him.'
OH MY GOD! Such hypocrisy! From the frigging Charlie Babbet of Bush derangement syndrome. Someone who CAN NOT SHUT UP AND WILL NOT CHANGE THE SUBJECT! You have a hell of a nerve calling anyone else broken record.
'That word 'libnazi' somehow makes it frequently into SP4's posts, as well as other general detrimental remarks about an entire party, and millions of Americans.'
You are not an American you scumbag. You have rooted for our enemies and disparaged those who are trying to keep us free and safe. You forfeited your right to consider yourself as such the moment you decided to root for an al Qaeda victory here. Get the hell out you parasite.
'That's an ignorant bigot at work.'
You certainly can dish it out, but you can't take it you big cry baby.
'You haven't been listening to what Al Zawahiri or Hamas or the Muslim Brotherhood, have you? Peaceful co-existence is not an option if the other side is bent on your destruction.'
There are nuts on both sides. That should not stop the effort. With you yankee's, it seems to be shoot and bomb first and then try the diplomatic thing over the dead bodies.
RE:' There are nuts on both sides. That should not stop the effort. With you yankee's, it seems to be shoot and bomb first and then try the diplomatic thing over the dead bodies.'
Ahem! I am NOT a Yankee. Negotiating over the bodies is something that we learned to be necessary after dealing with Europe for a few centuries. In this particular case, the necessity is rather larger than usual. We are dealing with religious fanatics who model their ideology on NAZISM with Islam as its religious underpinnings.
Clearly, you do not like that and you are certainly welcome to your opinion. Just bear and mind that you and the fanatics for whom you have such deep sympathies should be happy that we have not, so far, treated with them the way we did the NAZIS. Pray that doesn't change. Were I in charge, that is EXACTLY what would happen. I have no sympathy whatsoever for this type of yard ape and even less sympathy for your foolish sensibilities.
'Ahem! I am NOT a Yankee.'
If it quacks like a duck, if it walks like a duck, if it looks like a duck, then it is a duck, yank.
'...you and the fanatics for whom you have such deep sympathies...'
I have no sympathy for fanatics of any stripe. Like all neocons, you assume things and put words in people's mouths.
Like all inbread, braindead, hillbillies, you are the yard ape here, sunshine. It is idiots like yourself who will not give the only real alternative a chance. Go sit on an IED, cannon fodder. I sincerely hope that you sit right next to a vehicle from Happy Jihad One-Way Truck Rentals, when it goes off. That is what you warmongers deserve and indeed, have earned.
'I am not a yankee.' What is he then some Jack Daniels swilling southern baptist retard?
That Spfool goes on and on about his imaginary libnazi press? But what else could be expected from an idiot who thinks that FOX is an unbiased news outlet.
...unfortunately, all of your rantings still does not make me wrong.
By the way, you're the perfect example of a libnazi.
RE:''I am not a yankee.' What is he then some Jack Daniels swilling southern baptist retard?'
I just hate to spoil your stereotype. I am from Texas, a confirmed atheist and prefer a good scotch to any of the bourbons.
RE:'If it quacks like a duck, if it walks like a duck, if it looks like a duck, then it is a duck, yank.'
I see. So what am I to make of you then? Are you yet another English Oaf on a motorcycle or is that you simply wish you could attain such status?
RE;'I have no sympathy for fanatics of any stripe. Like all neocons, you assume things and put words in people's mouths.'
Hmm, I seriously doubt that I qualify as a 'neo-con' to tell you the truth. I very much doubt they like the things I say and write about them. At least when I encounter one of them they exhibit a few traces of manners. You, on the other hand, do not appear to be house trained.
RE:'Like all inbread, braindead, hillbillies, you are the yard ape here, sunshine.'
And you are running about, beating your breast and banging pots together like chimpanzee. I must admit that it is most impressive display, but hardly what anyone would call communicative--beyond demonstrating hostility.
RE:It is idiots like yourself who will not give the only real alternative a chance.'
What real alternative, dimbulb? Shall we use harsh language on them the way you do me? Do you REALLY think that will work?
RE:Go sit on an IED, cannon fodder. I sincerely hope that you sit right next to a vehicle from Happy Jihad One-Way Truck Rentals, when it goes off. That is what you warmongers deserve and indeed, have earned.'
I'll pass, thanks. My policy has always been to make the other guy die for HIS cause. I prefer living for mine. I know you will resent that, but you do not appear to be particularly rational.
'...unfortunately, all of your rantings still does not make me wrong.'
No, SPfool, you make yourself wrong.
It also says this: 'By the way, you're the perfect example of a libnazi.'
The idiot sure knows how to hurt a guy. He knows nothing of my politics, and yet he believes that has me pegged. Is clairevoyance another one of his 'gifts'? I guess anybody who is not SPfool is a libnazi. I am beginning to think that SPfool is a figment of his own psychotic imagination.
Noharness just stated that he is from texas. Another idiot in other words, just like the current Presidunce. Samuel Clemens, better known as Mark Twain, said this of the texan: 'Ah, yes, the texan. The texan is the lowest form of humanity.' That puts those arabs, that you love to hate, higher on the human scale. I bet that just sticks in your craw, doesn't it, boy. That puts you below those negroes, that you just love to execute in your prisons, too. How is life down there at the bottom, boy? Things looking up for you? That admission that he is from texass explains why he loves to kill things, or gloat at their being killed. It is the only way that he will ever get to the top of the food chain.
'a good scotch.'
That must mean he enjoys the product of Scotland. No other country in the world makes anything near as good. If he is referring to that yankee pisswater, then he has absolutely no taste whatsoever. By the way, boy, Scotch is spelled with a capital S, if you are talking about the real thing.
RE:'Noharness just stated that he is from ... It is the only way that he will ever get to the top of the food chain.'
Have you considered what these little rants say about you? Do you really expect to sway anyone's opinion with this drivel? Oh, I do understand you have no hope of persuading me, I already understand the level of your thinking ability, but do you really hope that you are accomplishing anything useful with your time when you post these kinds of messages? Tonny is far better at offering insult and English seems to be his second or third language.
Oh, wait! Now I get it. You are the sort of exhibitionist who likes to vent his spleen in public places. It makes you feel manly does it? Well, by all means have at it. Now that I understand what your about I know not take you seriously.
RE:'That must mean he enjoys the product of Scotland.'
Yes, that is exactly what I mean. Oh, and I do regret not using a capital 'S'. I apologize for the oversight.
'...who likes to vent his spleen in public places.'
At least i don't void my bowels in public like you and SP4.
And, baby, you have no clue whatsoever about what I'm about, or my thinking ability. At least I think. You, on the other hand, do not think but merely react in a predictable manner to a given stimulus. A programmed monkey in words so simple that even a texan can understand. No one ever, anywhere has a hope of persuading you about anything. Like your dearly beloved fellow moron, gw bush, your mind is made up. The facts will not persuade you. Take your petty attempts at insult and go have a bourbon, boy. Scotch is a man's drink.
drinks REAL Scotch. How unamerican of you. How totally unpatriotic. Shame on you, noharness. Support your country. Support your fellow countrymen and their labors. Help your sagging economy. Buy american, you traitor.
RE:'And, baby, you have no clue whatsoever about what I'm about, or my thinking ability.'
Don't I? Your posts closely resemble what I would expect from a churlish child with a candy mouth. What is anyone who reads what you post here to think of you?
Re:'At least I think.'
Possibly true, but only possibly. It is possible that you really do think, but have trouble articulating your thoughts, but then that would mean that you are very lazy and choose NOT to solve the problems you have with articulating your ideas. You instead behave like a schoolyard bully. If you DO think and have alternatives to what has been expressed on this forum, they remain unknown and therefore want for evaluation because you choose to insult participants rather than putting your ideas across.
There are any number of other things you might be trying to accomplish with this behavior, none of them good, but I think what you really hope for is to disrupt participation and spoil the pleasure forum participants would derive from the exercise. You can't really participate because you are inarticulate, or weak-minded, or know you haven't a leg to stand on, so you deride those that can participate.
Re:'You, on the other hand, do not think but merely react in a predictable manner to a given stimulus. A programmed monkey in words so simple that even a texan can understand. No one ever, anywhere has a hope of persuading you about anything.'
You are more than welcome to your opinion however, you certainly have no hope of persuading me of anything simply because you never attempt anything in the way apprehensible communication. Were you to make such an attempt you might well persuade others, but you do not bother with that, do you?
Re:'Like your dearly beloved fellow moron, gw bush, your mind is made up. The facts will not persuade you.'
Well, this is as fine an example of vituperative bigotry as one could hope to find. Isn't that supposed to be politically erroneous these days? Isn't 'tolerance' supposed to be the norm? On top of all this, you seemed to have missed or very carefully ignored an important fact. Nowhere on this forum or on any other will you find a post of mine that lionizes President Bush. I have never liked the man.
RE:'Take your petty attempts at insult and go have a bourbon, boy. Scotch is a man's drink.'
In that case, I believe I WILL have a Scotch. I'm overdue. Oh, I have need to insult you. You are doing a very nice job of that on your own.
Care to wait another 4 years extra,Judah? There is no rush...
Patriot, you coulda run Joe Lieberman....instead we get the deaf, dumb and blind monkies....
'Oh, I have need to insult you. You are doing a very nice job of that on your own.'
You, ideed, are an idiot. This is called transferance. You take what is applicable to you and attempt to transfer it to others, thereby making yourself look good in your own eyes. This is a sign of an unbalanced mind. It is also a sign that you have no grasp of simple logic. Drink some bourbon, boy. It is the american drink. While you may be able to afford the good stuff, it is quite apparent that you do not have the mental faculties to appreciate it. You are just a pretentious ass who is putting on airs.
Noharness said this; 'Well, this is as fine an example of vituperative bigotry as one could hope to find. Isn't that supposed to be politically erroneous these days? Isn't 'tolerance' supposed to be the norm?'
There he goes again. The pot calling the kettle black. He is the biggest bigot, next to SP4, on this site. Noharness is so politivally incorrect that it boggles the mind. Tolerance is supposed to be the norm, but noharness is so intolerant of other people's opinions that his mind must be set in concrete. By the way, concrete thinking is a sign of organic brain damage. That would explain a lot of Noharness' behaviors. He thinks he is intelligent. He's just a washed-up, booze sodden, texas bumkin.
'...would you PLEASE...step into the gas chamber!'

WOW! Jackpot! They called you 'Politically Incorrect'! Can you imagine! It has all the flavor of the Inquisition! The Church-of-the-Divine-Libnazi has excommunicated you! F--k me! Where do I sign up?
Wear it like a badge of honor Noharr. None of their childish rantings makes them right.
None of their psycho-babble makes them a psychiatrist. Why IS it libnazis turn into psychiatrists the minute someone insults them? Are they allergic to 'asshole' or 'jerk'? Believe me when I say the know much more about THAT than they ever will psychiatry.
To tell you the truth, SP$, I don't believe either of these, if two they be, are the least bit 'liberal'. At best they are fascists and at worst they are nihilists. I strongly suspect the latter.
I'll just add them to my ignore list and be about my business.
Now there is a real pair of wackos. They think their words are so powerful that they always try to get in the last word. They can't hold an intelligent conversation without dropping into the standard neo-con attack mode. When they finally see that they cannot convert a person to their distorted way of thinking, they pack their marbles, pout, snivel, whine and go away, with their holier than thou attitude wrapped around them like a protective security blanket. That's right, noharness, crawl back into that bottle of imported Scotch. What's the matter, that yankee pisswater not good enough for you? Keep up the pretentiousness, boy. You wear it well. You are so transparent.
Believe me when I say the know much more about THAT than they ever will psychiatry.
Why's that, fool? you've been seeing a lot of them about your problems?
Question: Blind and stupid leading the blind and stupid?
SP4 dragging Noharness around by his unit.
You(ll find some better inside information from the BUsh era in an artivlr with Larry Wilkerson, the former chief of staff to Colin Powell.Very good at describing xwho realy pulls the string in the White House and why
www.truthout.org/docs_2005/102505L.shtml
...we've moved on(!ha ha ha ) so to speak....the post is about the NEW candidates....King Larry as you refer to, never really worked in the White House, and was never on the Presidents staff.
To quote Condi Rice in a press conference: '...who are you referring to?.....Wilkerson....?...is he an aide?.....who did he work for?....Powell...Mr.(reporter)....when I meet with The Secretary of State...he articulates directly...he doesn't use aides....next question?'
He's been pimping this since Powell was shown the door. I suppose it was for a book deal, or a place in a new administration...how's that working out King Larr?...oh...two words...truth and loyalty....
Maybe he can do the news with George Stepanopolis or something. By the way King Larr...why don't you discuss how your ass boy Richard Armitige outed Val Plame and got Scoot Libby put in jail? Powell HAD to know! Go see what he has to say about that.
Tonny, the only question you should ponder is how, in one post, you can advocate the innocent not being behind bars, and then be the ass boy for guys like this who perpetrated that very thing!?
