Wrong, moron. The abuse and abrogation of the Law is a hideous thing.
This is the way it should be, so stop your friggin bitching about it.
We believe that the car driver is guilty, even if he is not guilty. This is American justice at it's best. The concept is so simple and basic-
guilty but not guilty- that even a neconantherthal can understand it.
