Obama's half-brother turns up in Nairobi slum, says Vanity Fair

Nairobi - Barack Obama's half-brother George Hussein Obama has been discovered living in tin shack in a Nairobi slum, the Italian version of Vanity Fair reported.
Obama shares the same father with the 26-year-old George, who lives in Huruma, a slum on the outskirts of the Kenyan capital.
Senator Obama's father, the late Barack Obama Senior, was from the village of Nyang'oma-Kogelo in western Kenya.
Obama Senior fathered Barack while in the United States, but left when the young Obama was two to return to Kenya.
Despite his heritage, Senator Obama has only visited Kenya a handful of times, the last visit coming in 2006.
George Obama said he has met the senator only twice - once in 2006 and once when he was a small child - and that he would not be asking for any help from his famous half-brother.
'I don't even tell people that I am related to Barack Obama, I don't want people here to be harassing me because they think I have money or influence,' George Obama told Britain's Daily Telegraph.
The Obama camp were yet to comment on the story.

Senator Barack Obama's long lost brother has been tracked down for the first time living in a shanty town in Kenya, reports claimed.
The Italian edition of Vanity Fair said that it had found George Hussein Onyango Obama living in a hut in a ramshackle town of Huruma on the outskirts of Nairobi.
Mr Obama, 26, the youngest of the presidential candidate's half-brothers, spoke for the first time about his life, which could not be more different than that of the Democratic contender.
'No-one knows who I am,' he told the magazine, before claiming: 'I live here on less than a dollar a month.'
According to Italy's Vanity Fair his two metre by three metre shack is decorated with football posters of the Italian football giants AC Milan and Inter, as well as a calendar showing exotic beaches of the world.
Vanity Fair also noted that he had a front page newspaper picture of his famous brother - born of the same father as him, Barack Hussein Obama, but to a different mother, named only as Jael. […]
He has only met his famous older brother twice - once when he was just five and the last time in 2006 when Senator Obama was on a tour of East Africa and visited Nairobi.
The Illinois senator mentions his brother in his autobiography, describing him in just one passing paragraph as a 'beautiful boy with a rounded head'. Of their second meeting, George Obama said: 'It was very brief, we spoke for just a few minutes. It was like meeting a complete stranger.'
George added he was no longer in contact with his mother and said:'I have had to learn to live and take what I need.
'Huruma is a tough place, last January during the elections there was rioting and six people were hacked to death. The police don't even arrest you they just shoot you.
'I have seen two of my friends killed. I have scars from defending myself with my fists. I am good with my fists.'

...the fact is, the libnazi drive-by media is FAR more tittilated by this kind of thing than the other news outlets, or any of the republicans. One only has to consider the source of these allegations, blatant drive-by contributors like Vanity Fair, none of who's facts have been confirmed.
One also only has to go to the people section of this website to confirm my thesis. The libnazi media, most of which are losing readers and viewers in droves MUST cater to the folks who are aroused by this kind of story, due to their utter financial desperation. Even Fox bears some responsibility by running a story, although they were not the one's who ran off with the usual libnazi school girl glee to dig this up.
One other point to remember, when the left blames the right for such things, is the stellar example the left set in speaking about every single facet of the Bush families circumstances and how magnanamous they were in dealing with that. I think this is why the republicans do what they do here, due to the stellar example set by the libnazi media who shows such excellent restraint.

So Obama's father may have not been an exemplary person ... and his family issues may not be 'ideal' ... that only means his family is like many in the world ... imperfect. Wow ... I'm shocked (emphasis on sarcasm)
This story says absolutely nothing about Barak as an individual. Nothing about his integrity, judgment or ability to be president.

Remember him? Neil Bush was directly involved in the Savings & Loan scandals of the 80's (Silverado Savings & Loan) ... Does that make George Bush, his father, or Jeb criminals as a result of Neils actions? No.
You who think this story about Obama's brother or his father really matters, have a voracious appetite for creation of smear and creation of scandal where there is none ... It just illustrates that OBama is a narcissistic creep who only cares about himself. We don't need another narcissistic spoiled child running the country. It is time to elect a real man. That's John McCain, not Obama.
