Pennsylvania goes to Obama, networks project (Urgent)

Washington - The eastern battleground state of Pennsylvania will be won by Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama, US networks ABC and NBC projected Tuesday.
Pennsylvania, with 21 electoral votes, was considered Republican John McCain's best hope of capturing a typically Democratic stronghold.
