Do you know who needs to be on this board besides the Ivy League crowd? Four soccer/hockey mom's, two or three carpenters, a convenience store owner and at least one cab driver from New York City.

Sounds like Obama is doing everything he can to try to get this country back on the right track. We can be thankful Bush isn't in the middle of a term, or we could definitely kiss our a**es goodby.

Otherwise, he is just making one press release after another and is full of hot air.

Remember all those folks we've been buying oil from? They aren't all that happy with democracy, capitalism, socialism or the dollar. They are arguing for gold and Sharia.

Things need not necessarily fly apart the way they are, but to save ourselves from oblivion we need to make some basic changes to the way we do things.

The economic future promises to be fascist in nature. Hell, it already is fascist in nature. What is happening today is that the veneer is finally blistering and falling off.

Yahoo!

The deadliest day of the year has become more tolerable thanks to the economic meltdown:

news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081126/ap_on_re_us/thanksgiving_travel
More Americans stay home for the holidays

Keeping money out of U.S. citizens hands is the number one way to reduce the rate at which they kill each other. Even 9/11 pales in comparison to lives saved due to the lack of 'liquidity' (which is a nice name for: spending money like a drunken sailer mentally ill credit-holic).

May each economic meltdown reward U.S. citizens with such kind returns and enjoy your Thanksgiving at home with your family without killing yourselves!

Peace be with you.

'Where the hell does lance come from - a Communist country?'

I belong to that fairyland ... the land each U.S. citizen thinks is a wild fantasy they can only imagine when on heroin or have a few stiff drinks under their belt ...

Every night us fairyland citizens balance our checkbooks and make sure we do not spend more than we make. Our children are well provided for and do not have to take out college loans and mortgage their future. We buy cars with cash and think a 'conforming' mortgage is at least 20% down and any less is shockingly irresponsible. Our savings rate is high and credit use is zero. We work for a living and hate welfare, unemployment insurance and other government handouts.

I realize you do not understand any of this, so please feel free to ignore it.

'... hard-working, honest Americans ...'

Every day newspapers are filled with the latest economic gimmicks to save the U.S. economy. The typical U.S. citizen is a boozing credit-holic idiot that pretends to be a model citizen. Given the rate of bankruptcies, foreclosures, personal debt, national debt, etc. it is a forgone conclusion that the typical U.S. citizen is a moron lead by a-gimmick-a-day presidents and congress.

The sooner the U.S. society comes to terms with their credit-holic mental illness the sooner they will be able to complete the addiction courses. Sure, congress and the presidents (including Obama) will never be cured, but with enough effort us citizens of fairyland can beat them back to the point of remission.

... simply balance the damn checkbook and stop the gimmicks, and that goes for the latest idiots: Obama and his economic con artist experts.

See! What did I tell you. The typical U.S. citizen needs to inject themselves with heroin or booze it up until they pass out. Then in that zone between half death and semi-consciousness they put down their guard and realize what asses they have made of themselves.

Even you can believe if you want too. Try balancing your checkbook tonight.

SP4 _ if you had any of those people ont he board, ANY of them have more experience than the President-Elect.

Seriously, he's NEVER worked in the private sector, he's NEVER worked on Wall Street, never banked, never served on any financial board in any real capacity, never made a payroll.

That being the case, the Governor of Alaska brings 10 times more to the table than he does. Pity too, because she could be there now, if you and the rest of the automatons had realized this...no wonder he's keeps stacking on people. By all means

I will. I'm a vegetarian.

Instead of eating a tortured turkey harvested from a factory farm:

www.themeatrix1.com

like the typical U.S. citizen that ignores animal rights and participates in the mass torturing of millions of turkeys.

I will NOT gorge myself until I am sick to the stomach on the bountiful harvest.

I will eat sanely like I do every day, and enjoy my family like I do everyday because for me:

Every day is Thanksgiving.

you are a frikking fruit salad, a nut bar. Get some dead animal into your gut sack and start acting like a human being instead of a rabbit. I'm enjoying a nice venison stew, right now. I killed the critter myself. It ran out in front of my truck and I splattered the damned thing. We call it bumper hunting. I bled it, gutted it right on the spot and threw it into the back of the truck. I got home, skinned and butchered it right in the kitchen. We don't believe in wasting anything around here. Yum, tasty.

Whither the truly honest man?

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Austrian_Business_Cycle_Theory

The truth stares us in the face. Reality rubs our noses in our mistakes and we suffer, yet we refuse to acknowledge the facts. The emperor is naked and so is Paul Krugman.

How broke do you want to become before you say, 'Enough!' Will you remain silent until you are so weak that you can no longer speak? Our economy is centered on the least productive of its industries, banking. Banking itself, the way it is being run, is a gargantuan fraud.

Our leaders are claiming that this situation is not nearly so bad as the Great Depression of 1930. They are lying. They have turned the greatest nation on Earth into a banana republic owned and operated by Chinese Communists.

Obama's much celebrated ''economic advisory panel'' is just another razzle-dazzle, a stunt, A LIE. The only thing those guys will do is to tinker with this unworkable, ramshackle piece of junk we call our economy and pretend that it is a high-performance machine. We will have more war, and more poverty and more hunger as a result. You cannot rob your way to greatness.

Kinda makes a mockery of freedom of expression don`t it ? Is this community of ordinary everyday nutters who engage in mature discussion, insults, truths, lies and downright crap, so righteous and ultra-sensitive that the Fairy Godfather has to wave his little wand and make all those naughty comments disappear, leaving us with what is no more than a biblical flotsam of all that smells nice and is good and Godly ?

When will these people look at their calendar and see that time actually moves on.

OK if they are so dedicated to history let us see headlines saying we have raised the flag on Iwo Jima, or that Japan has surrendered, or even that Pearl Harbor has been attacked, or that Julius Caesar has been slain by Brutus.

Gaiacomm International to develop Defeat IED technology

Gaiacomm International will develop Counter (defeat) IED technology for the US Military to be used in Iraq, Afghanistan and other conflict zones. This technology is currently classified because of its accurate nature of detection. When deployed it will be able to detect and disable any device in the ground, on person (suicide bombers), inside vehicle or building's within a determined range, also classified. Soldiers are dying thus, the emphasis on accurate detection. Other technologies currently in the field simply do not operate as planned, thus the need for Gaiacomm's technology.
Gaiacomm also designs arcane electromagnetic weapons systems for use in large areas of complete destruction

HELLO 'P'Nov 28th, 2008 - 16:16:32

GAIACOMM INTERNATIONAL !

WOW, what a load of jerks. Whatever next ?

Who the hell cares what these egg-headed toss-pots design, let them play their little games. Some rag-head with an AK47 will still blow the heads of US soldiers or anybody else for that matter.

Would this shit have stopped 9/11 ? Of course not. Nobody knew it was going to happen until it did - then BANG ; Twin towers gone, half the Pentagon gone and half of some poor farmers field gone - PLUS 3,000 people gone and over 5,000 injured or affected by dust.

And as for disabling things, I have news for these electronic bum-heads - explosive devices and other means of destruction NEED NOT BE ELECTRONICALLY ACTIVATED. Back to the drawing board EH ? The poor sods will never be out of work piddling around with this one.

A suicide bomber can blow his target up using a simple hand operated device, purely mechanical. I sure would like to see this new shit disable a lighted fuse line.

Guy Fawkes never had electronics to use in his plan to blow the British Parliament to hell, just a match and a trail of powder. AND that was in 1570 !

Get lost and come into the real world mate. If some bum hacker in an attic can log into the Pentagon`s and NASA`s most secret systems, then the same bum hackers can screw up Gaiacomm`s pile of crap with no trouble at all. It is an electronic pile of shit Eh ? Well enough said, then IT can be disabled to by counter electronics - HA-HA-HA.

Talk about 2050 and just MAY BE WE WILL LISTEN.
