Biden to represent US at Munich defence conference

Washington - US Vice President Joe Biden will attend an annual conference on security policy in Munich next month, the White House said Tuesday.
Biden will be joined by President Barack Obama's national security adviser, James Jones, at the February 7-8 event attended by government officials and defence policy experts.
The Munich Conference, also known as the WehrKunde, brings together a host of foreign policy and defence experts to discuss trans-Atlantic security issues.
