...were really necessary, eh?
go beat your meat, idiot.
'Mohammed and the other defendants in previous court appearances said they were responsible for planning the September 11 attacks and wanted to die as martyrs.'
Should be quite a short trial!
The question of the use of unlawful methods to elicit confessions in any case is, however, a real one.
Let me pose a purely hypothetical question. If some very ordinary individual (let us call him Joe Blow) were engaging in a bit of iffy horticultural activity, for example, with intent to supply the produce to others for gain, would the local Sherrif's office be justified in resorting to a touch of bastinado?
..depend on the locale...?
The Bastinado is applied to the soles of the feet. In your case it should be applied to the Cojones, if you have any.
I thought that the msatermind terrorist of 9/11 was Obama HUSSEIN Bin laden in Iraq.
