US mass shooter is dead in killing of at least 12 (Extra)

Washington - The mass-shooting drama in New York State is apparently over, ending with the death of the killer, CNN reported Friday.
CNN, which cited local law enforcement officials in the small city of Binghamton, New York, reported that the body of the apparent killer was found dead in the American Civic Association Building building.
Details were not known.
New York Governor David Paterson announced that 12 or 13 people had been killed.
