Arkansas braces for more storms as death toll rises to 8

Washington - US southern state of Arkansas was bracing for more bad weather Tuesday after overnight storms left at least eight people dead.
Arkansas state officials were surveying the damage, which has left 70,000 people without electricity, local media reported.
The National Weather Service was warning of more thunderstorms, heavy rain and the possibility of tornadoes and flash flooding Tuesday afternoon.
