Severed head found under Hollywood sign

Los Angeles - Two Los Angeles dog walkers made a grisly discovery when they found a severed head underneath the famous Hollywood sign, the Los Angeles Times reported Wednesday.
The dogs had begun to play with a plastic bag they found in the brush on Tuesday afternoon when the head rolled out, the daily reported.
Police are now looking for a body. The victim was believed to be in his 40s and of Armenian descent.
Given the condition of the head, police believe the mad had died recently, though neither the circumstances or cause of death were immediately known.
